At Work Bags & Travel Bags, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag isn't the perfect fit for your professional or travel needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused bag in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, dust bags, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
